Directions:
Apply approximately 1/4 inch to affected eye(s) 3 or 4 times a day, or as directed by your doctor. Read enclosed insert for complete product information.



Cautions:
For opthalmic use only. Keep out of reach of children. Storage: Store between 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F). Do Not Freeze. Keep Tightly Closed. Do not use if bottom ridge of tube cap is exposed and imprinted seal on box is broken or missing.
